Forza Horizon 3 is now available for Xbox One and PC, and although the latter version has a higher graphics quality, the truth is that the title looks great on both platforms.
The famous YouTube channel DigitalFoundry recently released a new video dedicated to Forza Horizon 3, a title that has released on the market yesterday. In this video for about six minutes it compares the graphics of the PC version of the game with Xbox One version to show a complete analysis.
As usual, Digital Foundry offered a preliminary analysis of the 2 versions of the game. You know that Forza Horizon 3 runs at 1080p in 30 fps for Xbox One, while PC can reach 4K with 60 fps if you have the necessary equipment, including a machine with a Core i7 6700K processor and Nvidia Titan X Pascal card.
Also, the console version is usually to have pop-in, ie, it is noticeable when the distant elements “jump” on the screen as you go. The same applies to Forza Horizon 3 for PC, although this aspect in Ultra quality is more discreet.
The textures of Forza Horizon 3 on PC are also superior in Ultra, while the game looks almost identical on Xbox One and a configuration on a computer used with high resolution.
Forza Horizon 3 is now available on Xbox One and PC. Remember that this game, like Recore and Gears of War 4, is part of the Xbox Play Anywhere program, that is, you can buy the digital copy for Xbox One and get the PC version at no extra cost, or vice versa.
