Square Enix has just announced the Season Pass for Final Fantasy XV, the expected episode of the RPG series that will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One from 30 September.

For now, the Season Pass has no official price for any version, although it seems that the DLCs could cost $24.99 USD and will be on sale after the release of Final Fantasy XV. However, a premium edition was added to the online store, you can already pre-order the same for $84.99 USD.

The contents of the Season Pass are as follows, but are subject to change:

1. FFXV Booster Pack (DLC1)
2. Episode FFXV Gladiolus (DLC2)
3. FFXV Holiday Pack (DLC3)
4. Episode FFXV Ignis (DLC4)
5. Episode FFXV Prompto (DLC5)
6. FFXV Expansion Pack (DLC6)

For now, no more information is given, but it seems that packs of Gladiolus, Ignis and Prompto expand the game’s story. Furthermore, if we assume that the DLC are ordered, taking as the Holiday Pack, we might think that this content will be released every month, as it would for the holiday season.

At the moment, we have to wait for an official announcement from Square Enix, but we must remember that Hajime Tabata said that Final Fantasy XV will receive free and paid DLC, as he believes the players will be playing for a long time.

Final Fantasy XV will debut on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on September 30.
