Interviewed recently by Game Legends, Hajime Tabata revealed that the team of Final Fantasy XV is considering the possibility of dedicating a DLC to Ardyn Izunia, main antagonist of the game.

Expected by fans like rain in the desert, Final Fantasy XV has certainly lived up to expectations with its arrival on the market during the closing stages of last year: the same vertex of Square Enix were in constant apprehension in the days immediately following the launch since the response of the “box office” would be the balance that would have sanctioned the continuation (in the future) or less of the series.

In a recent interview with Game Legends, the director of Final Fantasy XV, Hajime Tabata said that currently the team is thinking about a DLC for the game focused on Ardyn Izunia, antagonist of the game. Recall that the downloadable content of the title have a precise character as the protagonist.

Although there is still nothing concrete about it, this option has not been excluded from Tabata, who confirms the willingness to experiment regarding the DLCs. After Episode Gladio, Episode Prompto and Episode Ignis, Ardyn Izunia could then be the star of an upcoming additional content for Final Fantasy XV.

For the moment, we reiterate that we are in the field of simple hypotheses and Tabata himself has repeatedly made clear how actual decisions have been taken in this regard.

What do you think of this hypothesis? Let us know in the comment section below.
