Many clients of Amazon have begun to complain about the versions of FIFA 17 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, after purchasing them and finding that it does not include the new Story Mode or the graphics engine of Frostbite, two of the great innovations of this year on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
In the last hours, many players who bought the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of FIFA 17 on Amazon are complaining with the popular online store, guilty of having failed to identify clearly the lack of some features found only on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
Although one could say that these customers are partly to blame for purchasing a product without adequately informed, it is noteworthy that in the file of the game of Amazon of these versions it is specifically mentioned as part of the official description provided by Electronic Arts that one of its major innovations is the inclusion of Frostbite, when it is not.
Similarly, in the images that accompany the file there are two other unique features of the editions of PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC: the trainers and the Story Mode, which has led many users to complain that it is offering incorrect information about the game’s features.
The customer service at Amazon at the time did not rule on the issue but it is likely that the indication of the absence of the story mode of The Journey on PS3 and Xbox 360 is added as soon as possible on the product page, so as to dispel any doubts.
FIFA 17 is now available on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC. So far, neither Amazon nor Electronic Arts have spoken about this situation.
