Ubisoft benefited from Game Awards 2015 to unveil first gameplay video and new images of the upcoming episode of Far Cry series which will take place during the Stone Age era.
Unveiled last October, Far Cry Primal appears as the next installment of the famous FPS game from Ubisoft. The title is more innovative than the previous album, since it proposes to move in a prehistoric environment where the environments and equipment are quite different and original.
Taking advantage of Game Awards 2015, Ubisoft has released a unique gameplay video of the game, showing some gameplay subtleties such as more pronounced interest in hunting and taming wild animals to use them to our advantage against the enemies.
As usual, it will issue an environment large enough to travel and the title proposes crafting of our equipment and create objects with the resources collected in the environments and from enemies.
Far Cry Primal will be sold on February 23, 2016 on PS4 and Xbox One. On the PC, it should come until 1 March 2016.
As usual in the Far Cry series, there will be a collector’s edition of the title this time. In it, there can be found a physical content of the game, a collector’s box with a special opening mechanism in the form of a saber-toothed tiger skull, a Wenja dictionary, a Steelbook, a map of the world Oros and the soundtrack, including shots in Wenja.
There are also digital content available for the game, three additional missions, titled The Legend Of The Mammoth Mission Pack, a new weapon called the Blood Shasti Club and four enhancement packs with early access to rare resources and unique customization options. The Digital Apex Edition contains only the additional digital content and the Special Edition of Far Cry Primal providing only the game itself, as well as additional missions.
