Far Cry 5 Will Support Upto 4K Dynamic and HDR on PS4 Pro
A video based on the PS4 Pro version of Far Cry 5 release was leaked at the weekend, but the graphics modes available on the mid-Gen platform of Sony are not yet fully understood. A promotional image tries to give us more clues about it.
A promotional banner of Far Cry 5 for the PS4 Pro shows the 4K and HDR logos, it’s not clear if the HDR will be supported on the PlayStation 4 standard too. As for the 4K, the resolution should be dynamic, as shown in a video comparison published by the CandyLand YouTube channel.
You can check the video at the bottom of this news. The video focuses, in particular, on graphics features such as resolution, vegetation, shadows, viewing distance, textures, particle effects and water, but the framerate is not shown nor the exact value of the native resolution is specified.
The premium console of Sony has a slight advantage in most of the above components, but in any case, the PS4 version behaves more than excellently. The YouTuber CandyLand has also released a video that compares the game on PS4 Pro and Xbox One X, but without going into details about the resolution and any other improvements such as advanced and framerate effects. What do you think about it?
Far Cry 5 will be available in stores tomorrow, Tuesday 27 March, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox One X, PS4 Pro and Windows PC formats.
