Rising Star Games has confirmed the distribution of Drive Girls for PS Vita in Europe, both in physical format and in digital distribution. It will be available on May 26.

It is a title developed by Tamsoft – creators of Senran Kagura – and includes characters created by UGUME. The title combines speed with action thanks to a skill that allows humans to transform into cars.

Drive Girls will have to defend Sun Island, in circuits and hack ‘n’ slash cobats. There is single player and multiplayer campaign – local and online – for four users. You can customize the statistics of the protagonists with new pieces and ornaments.

Check out the official description of Drive Girls below:

Play as five different Drive Girls and transform from superheroine to supercar and back again, as you smash through wave after wave of mechanised Bug enemies attacking your home of Sun Island. An action and driving hack ‘n’ slash hybrid, Drive Girls features an epic single player campaign as well as local and online multiplayer for up to four players.

Blast and burn rubber through the high-octane missions, and in between visit the garage to tune, modify and customise your rides.

Enjoy the unfolding story and interactions between the Drive Girls as they bond and get to know each other better, forming close friendships amidst the heat of the battle zone.
