Square Enix has announced that Dragon Quest Heroes II will be also released on PC (via Steam) on 25 April, to coincide with the launch of PlayStation 4. The publisher also announced the Day One Explorer’s Edition for the console version.
Released in Japan in May 2016, Dragon Quest Heroes II came to PS4, PS3 and PS Vita, but to the West Square Enix chose to leave two versions along the way and introduce the PC version. In addition to this news, the company has also presented a new trailer where you can see the immense levels of the game, giant bosses and more.
This special edition of the game will include 15 different downloadable content with special items that will help the player in the adventure, plus a reversible cover.
All those who pre-order the title on the PlayStation Store will also receive a theme for PS4, a costume adapted from Dragon Quest Heroes and a bonus item for use in Dragon Quest Builders.
Dragon Quest Heroes II is a joint effort of Square Enix with Koei Tecmo and will be released on April 28 for PS4 and PC. It will be released on the Nintendo Switch but nothing has been announced yet when it will be available in the West.
