The veteran Tetsuya Mizuguchi has been the last developer to see the new work of Hideo Kojima, Death Stranding.

During the last years, Hideo Kojima has visited several studios around the world to speak and show his new and awaited work, the enigmatic Death Stranding, and the last one to enjoy this action adventure has been the veteran Tetsuya Mizuguchi, father among others of Rez or Lumines. His sensations? The Japanese creative has not said much, but he seems to have been impressed with the new game from the creator of the Metal Gear series.

The creator stated on the Twitter account that he “touched the heart of Death Stranding today. Stunning… Hideo Kojima is still progressing. Can’t wait to play,” wrote the Japanese author, who is also responsible for such iconic games as Space Channel 5 or the most recent Tetris Effect. He also said that he was shown “the latest Death Stranding” and also that “After all, it is great. It is true.”

His message is accompanied by a photograph of Mizuguchi and Kojima in front of Ludens, the mascot of Kojima Productions. In the last weeks, the father of Metal Gear has stated that soon there will be a new trailer of the game, presumably days before the beginning of E3 2019, in a new State of Play of Sony. Also, in the past few months, Guerrilla Games had the chance to play the first 2 hours of the game.

We remind you that Death Stranding will be available exclusively on PS4, although it does not yet have a release date. It is a game that will take us to a post-apocalyptic future where we will live an adventure playing Sam (Norman Reedus), in an open world.
