Death Stranding New Trailer Breaks Record Surpassing 2.1 Million Views in Just 6 Hours


After the surprise caused by the revelation of the new trailer of Death Stranding, which included the release date of the game, the development team and those involved in the project can begin to analyze the impact it had at the media level and there is very good news in that area.

Moments after the world knew the new trailer of Death Stranding, the game, as a theme, was placed at the top of trends on different platforms and in what corresponds to those that distribute video the result was not different.

According to a report, with information obtained in a record made in ResetEra, the trailer of Death Stranding became the most watched and with the most likes in a given period of time. This means that, taking into account only of official distribution sources, such as PlayStation and Kojima Productions channels on YouTube and Twitch, the video registered 2.1 million views in just 6 hours and obtained 200,000 likes in that same period.

When making a comparison with another presentation that generated a lot of interest, such as the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, the Death Stranding trailer exceeded the metrics of the Respawn Entertainment game.

Death Stranding will release on November 8 on PS4. Also, the new game of Hideo Kojima shows a cast of stars and that previously had participated for the video game that did not come to light because of the problems they had with Konami (Silent Hills), but now the title includes Mad Mikkelsen, Norman Reedus, Guillermo del Toro, and Léa Seydoux.
