Days Gone may not be the only PlayStation 4 exclusive under development in the Sony Bend Studios. The company has recently published new job advertisements to look for professional figures to be included in the team that will take care of a project still shrouded in mystery.
From the job ads in question emerges the desire to seek professionals to be integrated into the workforce, in particular, the figure of Senior Staff Gameplay Programm is sought, a decisively central role in the development of an exclusive AAA project, as the mysterious game is not described.
It is not excluded that the announcement in question may concern the expansion of the staff for Days Gone, even if the speculation seems improbable, being the project in an advanced stage of development. Recall that Sony Interactive Entertainment has invested a lot of resources on Studio Bend Studios in recent years with the aim of growing the company, hence the deduction that the projects in the pipeline are actually two.
In any case, at the moment it is only rumored without confirmation, the only certainty is that Days Gone will not be released in 2018 although the launch still seems to be expected by April 2019.
Indeed, the delay of Days Gone is not due to development problems but to a strategic choice of the publisher who prefers to avoid the crowded autumn 2018 year to launch the game at the beginning of the next fiscal year, which will start on April 1, 2019. It is therefore easy to expect an expected launch between April and May next year, although at the moment it is just speculation.
