Cyberpunk 2077 Developer Hints at New Game Plus Mode

Cyberpunk 2077 has quickly become the most anticipated game by video game enthusiasts after E3 2019. Its trailer is the most watched in E3 2019 and it was the title on which the most articles have been written worldwide. This means that people have high expectations and hopes that the new creation of CD Projekt RED will go beyond The Witcher 3, offering all its best features and much more.
One of the most requested but not immediately available ways in the game of The Witcher was the New Game Plus mode. The New Game+ was introduced with an update: will it be the same for Cyberpunk 2077? In this regard, Paweł Sasko, lead quest designer, expressed himself.
The developer has stated that, although he has not yet defined all the details, it will be unlikely to “possible to max out everything on [one] playthrough, as it would have little sense to have a game that is about replayability and choices, while in the same time allow the players to max out all the stats on the first run.” Sasko has therefore not explicitly stated that there will be a New Game Plus mode, but his statement suggests that the possibility exists.
In addition, Sasko spoke of another feature appreciated within The Witcher 3, which we would all like to see re-proposed: the romance between characters. These will return in Cyberpunk 2077 with a similar structure, that is linked to a series of missions with more conclusions. Furthermore, in this case, it will also be possible to start ho*ose*ual relationships, not possible in The Witcher 3 since Geralt is an openly heteros*xual character in books.
Cyberpunk 2077 will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC starting April 16th, 2020.
