Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Could Be Getting A Battle Royale Mode?

With the resounding successes of the battle royal and especially PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and Fortnite, many developers and publishers seem interested in this market that brings together several millions of players every day. And according to some rumors, the team of Valve in charge of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive would be part of it.
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive could include a PUBG-style Battle Royale survival mode, as can be seen in the latest video published by Valve News Network.
Valve News Network is a channel created by Tyler McVicker. It mainly deals with providing leaked information about Valve games and projects for years.
This survival mode of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is mentioned in various game files, and already offers its own sound section, which means that it would be progressing beyond the testing phase.
Given that Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds has broken records of Steam players, it was no wonder that Valve would like to offer its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive user base a similar experience, just as Epic Games has done with Fortnite Battle Royale.
The enthusiasts of PC gaming know Valve very well and its tendency to rest on its honors in recent years. It would be interesting to see what Valve could give rise to, inspired by the famous model of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.
