Electronic Arts has announced that Mass Effect: Andromeda will go on sale on PS4, Xbox One and PC on March 21 (in Europe on March 23).
This new installment in the saga of BioWare will lead us to explore a new galaxy with new breeds and technologies in which we humans will be aliens. Once again, the player must make decisions throughout the game that will determine our own survival as a species.
We will have more freedom than ever and the title is made integrally with the graphics engine of Frostbite, so expect more vivid, large and spectacular environment than its predecessors.
In addition to the standard edition, Mass Effect: Andromeda will feature several special editions, such as the Deluxe Edition, which includes multiple additional armor and outfit sets, an elite weapons set, and a new vehicle skin for the Nomad, along with Multiplayer Booster and Deluxe Launch Packs, ME:A’s digital soundtrack and even a pet space-monkey to hang out with on your ship.
Also available will be the Super Deluxe edition, which adds all the incredible extra gear and additional benefits of the Deluxe Edition, but piles on even more Multiplayer Booster Packs. Dominate your co-op play with a Premium Pack coming your way every week, for 20 weeks, with an estimated retail price of $199.99.
It is a surprise to see that one of the most anticipated games of the year is so close that we can almost touch it with our fingers. Taking more into account that the promotion of the same so far has been almost nil. Hopefully we’ll start to see a lot more of the game in the weeks to come.
