During a recent interview, the game director Joel Bylos has spoken about the version for Xbox One of Conan Exiles, revealing that Funcom internally has a functioning build.

Funcom’s Conan Exiles is still under development. While the PC version was already in the early access phase, the Xbox One players must be patient until the third quarter of 2017. The preview version is to be made available in the three months.

During a recent interview with DualShockers, the Game Director of Conan Exiles, Joel Bylos, revealed that the version for Xbox One is currently undergoing internal testing in the offices of the company and the studio is working to solve some technical problems.

In particular, the team is focusing on the control system, which on the console of Microsoft still does not seem to work properly. The game was released on Xbox Game Preview which is scheduled for the end of the year while the complete and official version will debut in 2018 on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

The Xbox One version will be launched in Game Preview during the third quarter of 2017, along with a new biome that will add plateaus and mountains.

As for the possibility that the game arrives on Nintendo Switch, as well as on the Microsoft console and PS4, Bylos explained in the interview that the studio has not yet spoken to the Big N, and there are no plans in this regard, but it is a hypothesis not to be ruled out.
