The development studio Funcom has decided to distribute a first gameplay video and images of Conan Exiles, a new adaptation of Conan the Barbarian in video game. Rendering of pre-alpha version of the game is unfortunately not that much shining.
Announced early in the year, Conan Exiles is the next Conan The Barbarian adaptation in video game. Funcom The development studio is responsible for this project to offer a gameplay based on survival.
To tell us more about the title, a first gameplay video was shown. Resulting from the pre-alpha version of the game, the below video excerpt shows the outline of the proposed experiment: survival in a relatively vast universe, the need to build its base and defend against enemies who covet.
Conan Exiles has a brutal universe filled with steel, sweat and leather pants: the fights are the main aspect of the title and the developers know about it. Brutality will be also found be fans, as well as dismemberment is possible! We even see a bandit cut in half during the video playback, sand also some nudity shown in the image above. The game provides a dynamic battle system that promises breathless battles that we cannot wait to see what it really is.
Unfortunately, the visual part of the game really seems to be disappointing so far, and this tends to serve us immersion in the world of franchising. We bet that this problem will be corrected in the future.
Recall that Conan Exiles will appear in Early Access on PC (via Steam) during the 2016 Summer. The final verison will also land on gaming consoles.
