Civilization VI Release Date Confirmed for October 21 Exit

Six years after the release of their latest game, the game franchise created by Sid Meier will receive a sequence further in 2016. Yesterday on Wednesday, the developer Firaxis announced that Civilization VI will come to PC on October 21. You can also watch the announcement trailer of the game at the end of this article.

Civilization is a series of strategy in 4X shifts originally released in 1991. Civilization V, the latest game from the main franchise, was released in 2010 – Civilization: Beyond Earth, released in 2014, is a spin-off acclimated outside the planet Earth.

In addition to the trailer presented, the announcement also includes some details about what we can expect from the game, more options for the expansion of cities, new strategic variables in the field of research, to accelerate the development of our empire by history, dynamic diplomacy where our relationship with the other empires organically changes over time, the possibility of joining units in a single tile, more options for multiplayer and finally in the game, a tutorial system restructured to facilitate the entry of new players.

In the official page of Civilization VI on Steam, the basic version of the game is in pre-sale for $129, while the Deluxe Edition goes for $189 on the game description in the store. You can also read that this game “offers new ways to interact with your world, expand your empire across the map, advance your culture, and compete against history’s greatest leaders to build a civilization that will stand the test of time.”
