At Gamescom 2015, Paradox had confirmed the arrival of Cities Skylines on Xbox One, but since then we have not heard anything about the arrival of the game on the console of Microsoft. Finally, the time seems to be good and so next month the developers will show the game at GDC in San Francisco.
Colossal Order and Paradox will demonstrate Cities Skylines in action during the fair, which kicks off on 27 February. It is possible that on this occasion the release date of Xbox One version will be also announced, so we are waiting to find out more.
Over the past few years, Cities Sylines has been updated with several expansions, it is unclear, however, whether these will get the release on the console.
Cities: Skylines is a construction simulation game in which your task is to build the greatest city possible. The game was developed by Colossal Order and was issued on March 10, 2015 by Paradox Interactive for the PC. Paradox at the end of 2015 brought the first expansion, entitled After Dark.
One day before the European Championship began, the next expansion was released called as “Match Day” which focuses on football. Another DLC called Natural Disasters was released on November 29 last year. The expansion introduces various emergencies to deal with, including tornadoes, earthquakes, tsunamis, fires and more. Players will have the task of keeping the city safe by investing in early warning systems and support teams.
