Atlus has confirmed that Catherine: Full Body will be released on the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita. More information will follow on 22nd December 2017.
Atlus has launched a teaser site for this new game called Catherine: Full Body. The assumption is obvious that this is a remaster of the Original Catherine for PS4 and not the second part. Yesterday, we had also reported that Catherine could be getting a sequel or a remaster.
Unfortunately, there are no more details for Catherine: Full Body. All we know is that the title will be released for the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita. According to reports by Famitsu, the title might get additional content, in addition to a “third Catherine”, that can be seen in the picture at the top.
There is no other information, except that the title is obviously developed by the new internal development team of Atlus, Studio Zero. However, Atlus informs that a lot of information about Catherine: Full Body will be released on December 22nd at 7:30 am in the Japanese time zone, which is 2:30 AM PST / 5:30 AM EST.
Catherine was originally released for PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2012, mixing a mechanics of puzzles and platforms, with a tense and mysterious love triangle. As usual in Atlus games, the supernatural and the occult were strong themes in Catherine.
Stay tuned with us to get more information about this new title.
