After the rumors of the last few days, it’s finally official: Konami has announced Castlevania Requiem Symphony of the Night and Rondo of Blood for PlayStation 4, available in digital format on October 26th.
As you can guess from the name, the package includes the emulated versions of Symphony of the Night and Rondo of Blood with support for 1080p/4K resolution (the latter only on PlayStation 4 Pro), various graphics enhancements and full compatibility with the trophies, in addition to controls optimized to exploit the full potential of the DualShock 4.
Castlevania Requiem Symphony of the Night & Rondo of Blood will be available on the PlayStation Store from October 26 at a price not yet announced, the pre-orders should start today.
At the moment Konami has not announced the arrival of the collection on other platforms, no confirmation is given even about the possible launch of a retail version. This compilation will arrive at the digital store of the Japanese company on October 26 at a price of $19.99, and those who are affiliated with the PlayStation Plus service will be able to benefit from a twenty percent discount.
