Capcom releases creepy new trailer for Resident Evil 7 called “Welcome Home”

We are a few days away from the debut of Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, the new installment of the legendary survival horror franchise of Capcom. To celebrate, the company has released a new spooky trailer.

As you know, the release of Resident Evil 7 is approaching more and more closer and the horror title of Capcom is, surely, one of the most anticipated games by fans. After the recent information, disseminated by the developers, which provides information on the difficulty higher than previous chapters, we return to talk about the game with the publication of a new trailer.

Just like much of the trailer material of Resident Evil 7 we have seen so far, the new development is focused on the mansion and the Baker family. A mysterious narrator points out that this home is where “friends and strangers” receive their welcome by the family.

Something that caught our attention is that in the last seconds of the advance we can see what appears to be a table holding several parts of a human corpse. This gives a clear clue to the Baker’s possible cannibalistic tendencies.

In related information, dataminers have explored the demo of Resident Evil 7 on PC and found out that an old acquaintance could be back. On the other hand, an important producer of the series explained the reason why this issue will not be a reboot.

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard will hit PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on January 24.
