Capcom Will Release Two “Major Titles” By March 31, 2019
In addition to publications already confirmed for the current fiscal year (such as Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection and Mega Man 11), Capcom will publish two more “Major Titles” by March 31, 2019, as emerged from the presentation of the company’s financial results.
At the moment, unfortunately, there are no details on the matter, however, in the document released by the house in Osaka there is only talk of “2 major titles” coming up by the end of the fiscal year, in all likelihood we will know more at E3 2018 in Los Angeles, scheduled from 12 to 14 June.
Obviously, Capcom kept the names of these two games for themselves, but in all probability, he will announce them and show them on the occasion of the E3 2018, an event that is not so far away.
According to some rumors, the two titles in question could be Dead Rising 5 (or a reboot of the series) and the much rumored Devil May Cry 5, while it seems unlikely that the long-awaited Resident Evil 2 remake can come out within the first few months of 2019, considering that the marketing campaign has not started yet.
On the sidelines, Capcom reiterated that Monster Hunter World is the best-selling game in the company’s history, with 7.9 million copies distributed on April 16, 2018.
