Yesterday we were able to finally discover the first details on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, the new chapter of Infinity Ward in the Activision series. Yesterday, we got to see the trailer, found out the release date and a lot of details, but now we came to know something new about the DLC of the shooter. As already happened in recent years, in fact, COD: Modern Warfare will publish its first additional content on PlayStation 4.
The information comes directly from the trailer of the game published on the official PlayStation YouTube channel. Inside it, we can see the classic message “Play new content first on PlayStation 4”. We also know that the advance will be for seven days.
This is not a surprise, as already mentioned: Activision has partnered with Sony, in relation to Call of Duty, since 2015, with Black Ops 3. First, however, Activision proposed these agreements to Microsoft and Xbox.
For now, we don’t know much about Call of Duty: Modern Warfare; yesterday’s trailer, however spectacular, did not allow us to see real gameplay sections, but it is highly probable that we will have the opportunity to be amazed during E3 2019.
Sony’s lack at the Los Angeles event makes us suppose that Activision will exploit the Microsoft stage to show the game in action, but it’s not yet official. Tell us, what do you think of this new chapter in the Activision saga?
