The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 (or whatever the official name will be) was one of the big surprises of Nintendo at E3 2019. The game is currently in development but it will take a long time before it is made available. Now for this reason, the fans have put in a drawer the sequel of one of the most beloved games of this generation. Furthermore, between a speculation and the other, an argument emerged that quickly caught on among fans: and it is that whether Breath of the Wild 2 could be a launch title of Nintendo Switch Pro?
We immediately specify that it is a pure speculation of the community, but we must admit that it has a certain charm. Users reasoned on two points: the first Breath of the Wild was the Nintendo Switch launch title (as well as going out on Wii U, of course). Now, the house of Kyoto is about to release a “new” console, Nintendo Switch Lite: this will be made available the same day as The Legend of Zelda Link’s Awakening, or September 20th.
So both consoles were presented to the world with a chapter of The Legend of Zelda. Could Nintendo Switch Pro coincide with Breath of the Wild 2? Certainly, a bundle or, quite simply, the simultaneous release with a title of this value would greatly help sales.
We repeat, however, that this is only pure speculation of the enthusiasts and that there is nothing official in all this, also because Nintendo Switch Pro is currently nothing more than just a rumor. We have no official information regarding an enhanced version of the Kyoto home hybrid console.
