The Korean Game Rating Board has ranked Borderlands Game of the Year Edition for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, suggesting that the first chapter of the shooter of Gearbox could return with a re-release on current platforms.

According to the first details, the Borderlands Game of the Year Edition would offer a high-definition remastered graphics and would include all the DLCs published in the past on the first-time shooter in 2009 on old-gen consoles and PCs.
Recall that the original Borderlands was released in 2009 on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC, garnering acclaim from critics and the public.
