A few hours ago, Treyarch, responsible studio of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, recognized the reports that a major problem is being presented in the Battle Royale mode of the game in the Xbox One X consoles. According to the information of the developers, the players’ experience stops abruptly (crashing) just in the final moments of the Blackout duels, that is, when there are only 15 or 10 players remaining on the map.

So far, the studio has reported that it is already investigating the problem and promised to launch an update to resolve it, so they invited fans to be aware of their accounts in the networks.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is available on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

We are aware that Xbox One X players are experiencing an intermittent freeze during late-game play in Blackout. We are actively investigating and will deploy an update as soon as we have a resolution to the issue. We will update you once that happens.— Treyarch Studios (@Treyarch) December 27, 2018
