Since Battlefield V was revealed, EA and DICE made it clear that this is a project that will grow with the passage of time. This with the arrival of updates that will add more content to the game. The next update of this type already has a release date and will include an intense new game.
Through the official site of Battlefield V, EA announced that Chapter 2: Lightning Strikes, the first update for Battlefield V of 2019, will be released on January 17. We remind you that this is a free update that will be available on all platforms where you can play Battlefield V.
The main novelty of Lightning Strikes is the arrival of Squad Conquest. It is a new and intense multiplayer mode that follows the rules of Conquest. Here what stands out is that it will be a more concentrated experience when presenting 2 patrols of 8 players fighting against 2 other patrols with the same number of players. These teams will fight for the control of 3 flags in reduced versions of Arras, Rotterdam, and Hamada. Note that Squad Conquest will only be available from January 17 to 30.
