Fans of first-person shooters already have another reason to smile today. DICE studio responsible for Battlefield 1, announced that it takes a very little time to start the Beta of their game based on the facts of World War II.

Thus, the open beta of military game will start on August 31 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. On the other hand, the choosen ones of Battlefield Insider program (have until August 21 to sign up) will enjoy this test period days before, although it is still not confirmed when they can access the beta.

The Beta of Battlefield 1 will have only a map of Sinai Desert. DICE anticipates that this is an excellent level to show some mechanics of Battlefield 1 in January , as their battle types and the use of Behemoth vehicles. In the trial period there will be 2 game modes: Conquest (64 players) and Rush (24 players).

In order to show you more about the map that will be available in the trial period, DICE has released a new lead of their game. The trailer shows gameplay footage where horses can be seen in the combat, air battles and all power of the train. I recommend you check the whole video shown at the bottom of this article, because at the end it presents what appears to be a preview of the campaign of Battlefield 1.

It is noteworthy that, for the moment, it is unknown when this Beta will end. When there are more details we will ofcourse share it with all players.
