Currently in development at the offices of Gearbox Software, Battleborn is a FPS based game on a hero system, like its competitor, Overwatch. The American company had opened registrations for a closed beta, few days ago, and we are now finally getting its launch date.
If you have already received your key to the testing phase then you can start to warm up now as hostilities begin in exactly two weeks. Gearbox has indeed announced via a press release that the launch of this beta would happen on 29 October.
The game developer behind the Borderlands franchise take the opportunity to remind that the number of places for this closed beta will be very limited and anyone will not be allowed to disclose anything about the game. No video, no screenshots, no stream and no discussions publicly are applicable. Finally, the studio confirmed that the previously announced 70GB of disk space were a mistake; it will rather release a dozen.
If you are ready to meet all this agreement, you can try your luck for a place by registering to this address. Recall that Battleborn will be released on February 9, 2016 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
