Batman: The Telltale Series Crash Fix and White Screen Workaround –
Many people have reported that the game crashes to desktop as soon as they hit the play button in the Steam clients. Others have also mentioned that the game crashes right after meeting Harvey Dent and then the game shows white screen and stops working.
As a temporary solution, you could try to turn off Steam Overlay. To do that, click on Steam > Settings > In-Game Settings tab. After that uncheck the box next to “Enable Steam Community In-Game” and click ok. You should disable the Steam Overlay on specific games only by right clicking on it and clicking on Properties and uncheck “Enable Steam Community In-Game” in the “General” tab.
It was also noted that the game uses Integrated Graphics by default, so try to use your Nvidia Control Panel or AMD CCC to change from onboard graphics to graphics card and see if that solves the white screen problem.
If any of this fixes still doesn’t work then you will have to wait for a patch to resolve all this kind of issues.
Batman: The Telltale Series Resolution and Full-Screen Solution –
The game is having a weird resolution problem. There are many players who are facing problems when trying to set any resolution higher than 720p and this causes the mouse to held ransom in an invisible box at the top left of the screen.
To solve this problem what you have to do is set the game to fullscreen and also change to your prefered resolution and exit to the very first screen. It will then let you know if you want to keep these settings, thats it.
Another solution is to open Nvidia Control Panel and then go to manage 3D settings, choose Program Settings, and press add and just find the Batman: The Telltale Series exe file. After that choose preferred graphics processor to High performance Nvidia processor. It seems that the game defaults to integrated graphics which is causing all sort of issues.
Another option to launch the game in fullscreen mode is to press Alt+Enter if it launches in the Windowed mode. After that change the in-game resolution and press Escape to go back and then it will ask you if you would like to save the settings, select yes.
Batman: The Telltale Series DirectX Error: The Parameter is incorrect Solution –

Batman: The Telltale Series Low FPS Fix –
Telltale games never had FPS problem until this Batman game, as players are complaining that they are facing low fps problem as low as 10-12 frames per second. This is due to the fact that the game is using onboard graphics on your computer by default instead of your GPU. To solve this problem, you will manually need to change it by going into the Control Panel of your GPU and then adding the game’s exe file and forcing it to use your graphics card instead.
Batman: The Telltale Series Controller / Gamepad Fix –
