Probably coming out this year, Bandai Namco would seem to be working on Metroid Prime 4; but also in the last hours, new rumors have emerged on another game, on its development team and on Ridge Racer 8.

In the past few hours a video of the Doctre81 user has appeared on YouTube, who by searching on Linkedin may have discovered some very interesting information.

On the page of a Bandai Namco Singapore developer, there has been found references to the VR mode of Ace Combat 7 (whose development has already been confirmed by a good piece) and two games in progress for Nintendo Switch.

Here things get pretty interesting. The first of the two is a First Person Shooter/Adventure exclusive for the hybrid console: the title is not reported, but according to the author it could be Metroid Prime 4, as the development of the fourth chapter of the saga has already been done several times just by Bandai Namco.
The second one, instead, is Ridge Racer 8, a series that does not need any introduction, also provided exclusively for Nintendo Switch.

Many of the current developers at Bandai Namco Singapore have worked with LucasArts in Star Wars 1313, a project canceled by Disney several years ago. Of course, none of this has been officially confirmed, so take everything with a pinch of salt.
