Assassin’s Creed Empire will be released in October 2017 on PC, Xbox One and PS4?

The Swiss retailer Alcom has added to its list the not yet announced title of Assassin’s Creed Empire, alleged new episode of the Ubisoft series coming (as reported on the product page) later this year.
If last month we have shown you a possible leaked image of the Assassin’s Creed set in ancient Egypt, we now do the same with its possible release date. And this time it is the Swiss online store Alcom that has listed among its products Assassin’s Creed Empire, a name that was rumored for this title, suggesting its launch for this year in October 2017.
Specifically, the online store speaks of a launch planned for October 2017 on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, while the much rumored version of Nintendo Switch is not even mentioned.
As you can see in the above image, Assassin’s Creed Empire is listed for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, although we can not rule out a possible version for Nintendo Switch since Ubisoft is one of the companies that confirmed its support for the new console. Of course, although the game appears with a release date set in October 2017, we can not confirm that this is definitive as Ubisoft has not yet announced anything about it.
At the time of this writing, Ubisoft has not announced the next installment of Assassin’s Creed, set (according to numerous rumors) in Egypt. We look forward to any confirmation or denial about this news.
