Assassin’s Creed Empire: New rumors about story and size of the map revealed

With each passing week, the rumor about the not yet announced Assassin’s Creed Empire, the (alleged) next title in the series, are becoming more insistent and numerous. Today we bring you new rumors published on the Polish portal of GRYOnline.
According to many insiders, the long-awaited sequel will be called Assassin’s Creed Empire – and, this, does come with a new setting – but already there is talk of the largest explorable map of the series, and much more.
We speak of course of the mysterious chapter set in ancient Egypt, one of the directions that – according to an endless array of insider – Ubisoft would like to enter more likely.
The last shared details confirm that the game is set in the Ancient Egypt and is a sort of prequel to the saga. There is also revealed that the main character is a former slave and a distant ancestor of Altair and the character slightly has darker skin than we have previously seen for a main character. Ubisoft Montreal is working on the development and the map will be three times larger than that of Assassin’s Creed BlackFlag and the game will feature Desert Mirages.
According to some, the fact that the title is scheduled for the end of this year ensures its presence at E3 2017. In just a few months, then, it separates us from a possible – and now very likely – reveal.
Recall that according to recent rumors Assassin’s Creed Empire will be released in October 2017 on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Pending official news from Ubisoft, we invite you to take this information as a mere rumor.
