Anthem Gets First Details on Level Cap, New Game Plus and More
BioWare is fully committed to the development of Anthem, the ambitious third-person action role-playing game that will put the sharing of the experience in the center with other players, without impeding the use of solo.
Interviewed on Twitter, the executive producer Mark Darrah answered some questions and curiosities of the fans, pointing out some features of the game. First of all it has been confirmed that Anthem will propose a hard level cap. “We will be talking about this in more detail later but there is a hard level cal that will change over time in the service,” Darrah said.
Another player asked him if there will be penalties for those who fail to complete the so-called Stronghold, the equivalent of traditional dungeons; Darrah made it clear that you simply will not get the loot tied to these portions of the game.
On a specific question about the presence of the New Game Plus, Darrah replied that this type of approach is not relevant to the style of the game, but players can still put it into practice effectively if they want it.
Another fan asked for more details on the shield equipped with the Javelin Colossus category and in particular if the other exosuits will also be equipped with the above characteristics. The developer has confirmed that all the models will present damage limiters and that in the case of the Colossus a shield is foreseen. Someone asked if BioWare received lessons thanks to Mass Effect: Andromeda for the development of Anthem, but on this point, Darrah did not want to give a precise answer.
We also learn that Anthem will be dubbed in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian, while the subtitles will be selectable in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese (traditional and simplified) and Korean. For the time being BioWare has not planned the introduction of subtitles in Arabic, but Darrah has pointed out that this is not about the decisions of the team.
We remind you that Anthem will release on February 22, 2019 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

There is another part of EA that helps decide what languages we do. It involves mystical math formulas https://t.co/DWlxBZDteo
