Bioware: Anthem Demo Won’t Be The Final Build of the Game
According to information from Bioware, the Anthem demo will arrive at the end of January for those players who have pre-ordered the game or are subscribed to EA/Origin Access, and will be available on February 1st for all other users who crave the idea to get their hands on the new ambitious game of BioWare.
Speaking of the demo, a player reached Mike Gamble via Twitter, asking him if the Sci-Fi action game demo will account for the build that will be packaged for day one. The lead producer has specified with a simple “nope”, as the trial version is not yet considered the definitive form of the game.
“Nope, it’s actually a specific demo build. Most things should be the same though. There are minor things in the demo that we are fixing in the main game,” Gamble declared on his official Twitter account. Please also note that it has been confirmed that the in-game progress that you will get in the demo will not be transferable in any way within the ultimate experience offered by the game.
Anthem will be released on February 22 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The VIP demo of the title will be available from 25 to 27 January, and will become accessible to all other players from the first of February.
