The platform of Steam now allows you to download the turn-based role-playing game Age of Wonders 3 completely free of charge. You can play the game in English, German, French and even Polish or Russian languages.
The game can be claimed until July 15 and will remain forever in your library. You can download the game from the following link.
If you have not had the chance to play Age of Wonders 3 when it’s been free for the past five years, then you’ll have a wonderful experience. It’s a turn-based strategy game, like Civilization, but with much more detailed battles, which I consider to be the most successful ever implemented in a 4X fantasy.
The tactical depth offered by combat engineers and the variety of things that you can do with magic would say that it eventually surpassed the Master of Magic. Okay, maybe there are some minor exceptions, but you will not regret this game.
And why is it free and its expansions are cheap? Because next month comes Age of Wonders Planetfall! The space segment is a bit crowded.
