Star Wars Battlefront II’s Arcade Mode Has A Daily Credit Cap

Andrew Reiner, the editor of GameInformer USA, found out that the Star Wars Battlefront II Arcade mode allows you to earn a limited number of credits on a daily basis, although this has not been specified and we do not know exactly what it is.

After the recent media obsession with the issue of loot boxes and microtransactions, it seems that many of the mechanics of the shooter inspired by George Lucas’s work have been revised. While the credits needed for the acquisition of some heroes have been reduced by 75%, a GameInformer USA editor has been able to find that there is a daily limit for credits earned in Arcade mode.

After you reach the “Credit Cap” you will have to wait at least 14 hours before you can return to earn new credits in Arcade mode. It is unclear whether this limit has been removed in the new update that has led to a reduction in the number of credits needed to unlock new heroes or if it is still present in the game.

DICE has confirmed that it will continue to keep track of community feedback to make improvements to the credit system and overall game balance.

Star Wars Battlefront II will be available on November 17 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with early access today for those who made the pre-order of the Elite Trooper Edition of the game.
