Phantom Dust has not been cancelled, the game is still in development

After the cancellation of Scalebound and the recent rumors about the state of health of Crackdown 3, there are many people who are worrying about the future of other Microsoft IP, including Phantom Dust, title announced at the E3 2015 and disappeared from the radar after changing the development team.

After the cancellation of Scalebound, many are worried about the other IP of the American software company that many of you lost track of lately. One of these is Phantom Dust, another title from the troubled life and which was “back to life” during the last E3.

That said, many have begun to target on Twitter the project managers to know at what point they were with the work and if there was anything to worry about. To answer we have the general manager of Microsoft Shanon Loftis.

Responding to a question on Twitter, Shannon Loftis of Microsoft, however, has confirmed that the development of Phantom Dust is progressing well and there are no particular problems, the team is working hard to be able to meet the high expectations of the community.

Phantom Dust should be presented again (this time in the final version) in the course of 2017, so we are waiting for more news about the new title of Microsoft.
