Announced during Microsoft’s E3 2017 conference with a long demo, Metro Exodus is the new shooter of 4A Games. The game is inspired by the classic S.T.A.L.K.E.R, as revealed by the developers to the microphones of GameSpot.

“The core team has experience with S.T.A.L.K.E.R., we have the same core team. This time it was an ambitious idea, let’s try to combine Metro and S.T.A.L.K.E.R,” was stated by the Creative Director of the game Andriy “Prof” Prokhorov. Although Metro Exodus will not be an open world in the true sense of the word, the game will alternate linear phases with more open sections that will remember the survival of breath and RPG of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
