Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite confirmed to release in late 2017

Tomoaki Ayano of Capcom has revealed to the microphones of 4Gamer the launch window of Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite, the new episode of the series announced at the PlayStation Experience on the 3rd and 4th of December this year.


Good news are comin from Japan these days. After sharing some interviews with industry workers, such as Yosuke Tsukino of Square Enix, Katsuhiro Harada of Bandai Namco, it is now turn of producer Tomoaki Ayano of Capcom, who spoke a little more about Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite.

Tomoaki Ayano, producer of Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite, announced in an interview with 4Gamer, the new installment of the fighting game series will arrive on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in late 2017.

On the pages of 4Gamer, Ayano made it known that the title will arrive during the second half of 2017 but this is not the only novelty in canteen in the studio of Capcom.

The next year, in fact, celebrations for the thirtieth anniversary of Street Fighter will fall and the house of Osaka has a very specific plans about who will be revealed in the coming months, however, it is not clear if Capcom intends to launch a new episode of the series (hypothesis unlikely) or a collection that includes several chapters in a remastered version.

We’ll see what the Japanese software house will organize both to celebrate the 30 years of the iconic fighting game in meetings for both Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite that was announced during the PlayStation Experience 2016 early December.
